Venue Policy Summary

All event hosts and guests must adhere to The White Room's policies. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of deposits.

No smoking or illegal substances allowed.
Guests are limited to the agreed-upon number specified in the contract.
All decorations must be pre-approved and removed after the event. Clients assume responsibility for any damage resulting from improper setup or teardown.
Any damage to property will be billed to the event host.
Events with 40+ guests must hire licensed security, approved by THE WHITE ROOM in writing.
Backyard usage is available only during designated seasonal periods. Clients should plan accordingly.
Sound levels must comply with neighborhood regulations. Violations may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
